Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, the shawl must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The shawl must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  2. Non-returnable items
    • Customized shawls or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
