- To be eligible for a return, the shawl must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The shawl must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

- Customized shawls or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

Shipping
